Elena Baronoff, Chairman
Elena A. Baronoff was born to intellectual and creative parents with a strong hold in the Russian movie industry. With a Masters Degree in Journalism from Russia and a BA in Mass Communication from Brier Cliff private University in the US and with her experience as a Cultural Attache with the Russian Government enabled her to eventually settle in South Florida over the last 20 years.
As a seasoned Executive and Socialite, she was honored with the title of International Ambassador of the City Of Sunny Isles Beach in 2008.
Over the last 10 years she was instrumental in branding and marketing prestigious condominium properties under the Donald Trump name such as, Trump Towers, Trump Grande and Trump International Hotel and Beach Resort.
Presently as CEO of Exclusively Baronoff LLC, she is licensing and branding Lalique and Clive Christian names for the global market using the similar platform as she has successfully done with Donald Trump.
Her ability as an entrepreneur, combined with her passion and strong designer inspiration with luxury brands, extends beyond real estate development and has a far reach to the world of fashion.
John Hanna, CEO of American Operations
John grew up in a family that was very involved in fashion and footwear. As a result, he spent the last 20 years in fashion. Combined with his investment banking background, he has a very strong and keen sense of branding positioning and market concepts. John holds a Degree in Business Administration from McGill University, Montreal, Canada.
Over the years, John started and managed fashion companies that exceeded $400M plus in Sales, with strong Wholesale and Retail operations. The most recent endeavor is The Fashion House, www.thefashionhouseinc.com, a licensing house of Designer brands where he licensed brands such as Richard Tyler, Oscar De La Renta, Isaac Mizrahi, Bill Blass and Nicole Miller. Design, Sales and Distribution with in-house and Global Distributions in Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Sak’s and internationally around high-end department stores. John took the Company public in 2005 on NASDAQ and built the Company’s revenues with a market cap of $300M in a very short time.
Footwear News released its edition of the “Power 100” and included Fashion House’s CEO and President, John Hanna who was listed at number 49 on its annual list of footwear industry leaders. Joined on the list were industry leaders including Phil Knight and Mark Power of Nike, Herbert Hainer of Adidas, Christian Louboutin of Christian Louboutin, Ron Fromm of Brown Shoe, Manolo Blahnik of Manolo Blahnik, Steve Madden from Steve Madden, Ltd. and Tamara Mellon of Jimmy Choo.
John has very strong skills in building high-end fashion brands with emphasis on domestic and international distribution.
Roberto Bré, CEO of European Operations
Roberto brings over 20 years of Management to the Luxury and Fashion Industry.
In 2011, Roberto founded “Marka”, an Italian Company for strategic branding of products with innovative services.
In 2010 he created “Mantero Innovative Collaborations” where he defined and developed innovative branding and co-branding operations that associated prestigious industries and traditional know-how with talented and creative Designers.
Previously, Roberto was the Womenswear General Manager at “Mantero Seta” where he built and developed strong, synergetic and profitable collaborations with the most important Luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Christian Dior, Prada, Ferragamo, Pucci, Ralph Lauren, among others.
Roberto holds a Masters Degree as an Engineer from Pavia University, Italy.
